The Nephilim are a trio of angelic-like creature that appeared in the Emperor's court unannounced one day in a blinding flash of lightning. they were their for two reasons. one was to give the Empress a gift, her mother's necklace, which supposedly she was wearing when she mysteriously disappeared. second was to devote their protection to the Empress, saying that she is the key to future events, and that they would protect her with their lives. before she could ask where they got her mother's necklace, they disappeared in the same way they had arrived.
