Transformers: IGNITION - Character Promo SeriesJazz, effectively Optimus Prime's second in command and an expert in spec ops. Loves Earth culture, specifically it's music culture. Bleeds cool.
If you remember Jazz in TF:Animated, his helmet was done to look almost as if he was wearing headphones, so I brought a bit of that to this design, but fused with some of the details of the G1 Jazz helmet.
All the posters in this series will have an actual line spoken in the series by the character in question, but also one that (I hope at least) gives you a bit of a snapshot of the character's, well, character.
I won't be doing posters like this for ALL the characters, just a bunch, but there will be robot and vehicle mode turnarounds for ALL characters. I just have to get them done over time, but there will be ones for them all just like the Optimus Prime one.

Not an official one, but a fan comic series. It IS coming still, and it was actually supposed to have started on Monday, May 13th, but due to a death in the family this whole month went bye-bye. Things should be back to normal once June starts and I can finally get it going again and launched, now aiming for sometime before June ends to start it up for reals.

It's kinda "equal" in a way. Jazz is basically acknowledged as Prime's "right hand man", but Prowl's strategist/advisor role makes him pretty important as well, but both have a certain level of autonomy that a normal 2IC wouldn't necessarily have. Jazz many times gets to go off and do his own thing, as does Prowl depending on what he needs to get done strategically.

It's a mix, most are the same but there are some variations as we progress. Mirage leans a bit more to a sniper, for example. He's a loner and likes to keep to himself, but he was also listed as a crack shot hunting turbofoxes, and he can go invisible, so it fit really nicely with his character. But for the most part the original 18 are similar to their original designated roles. Some may have more emphasis on combat when need be, but they all have neat little roles that I'd like to actually attempt to utilize when needed
