it sounds maybe a bit stupid but sometimes i talk to my cats... and they understand me...one of my cats is like a dog, when i say: bring me the toy, she walks away and she brings me her toy....
and if i say: go away from the door , she runs to my father and then she starts to grumble

last time my cat was meowing so much in the middle of the night i got up and said "if you don't go to sleep im gonna throw you out of the window" and right away she goes to sleep xD im a horrible person

a long time ago when i was a kid, i was sad and i was crying and my cat came to me and sat next to me, and he licked the tears of my face, idk if he did that to make me happy or just because it tastes salt.. (like fish o_O..) but anyway i think she understands me

I spent half an hour today teaching my kitten to play Solitaire!
I was playing and she just came over, sat down and watched my EVRY MOVE... Every time i moved a card she concentrated on it... So I started explaining how to play to her XD

haha so true XD I talk to my cats all the time. My cat Socks greets me every morning when I wake up with a meow and then I respond with a good morning. Other times I'll ask him a question and he'll respond X3 he's so cute

Haha, I'm pretty convinced that my cat can understand what I'm saying- He knows commands such as move over, fetch, and all gone, (when I give him treats) as well as some other words such as his name, cat, food, sleep to name a few.

Haha, I talk to my cat, Lucifer, a lot. Even when I'm away I'll call the house and leave him a message.
He also responds to my questions. If I see him at the door I'll ask him "What do you want, Lucifer?"
And he'll look up at me and make a sound kind of like "out" then paw at the door like our old dog used to. You can also ask him if he wants a tummy rub and he'll roll over.

When I get up in the morning, my cat comes to my bed and up to my head and starts to meow, I'll ask her if she wants something and she'll meow a second time and walking in circles a bit till I pet her, and sometimes for no reasoned, she comes up to me and meows, and then I'll say "Heeeeeey Portia, what do you want now?" and usually she'll talk back and we have a conversation for a couple minutes, she freaks me out like that, she even licks me like a dog!, I really love her XD

my cat talks to the apartment neighbors under the door.
and she likes to tuck me in at night by curling up under my arm, putting her head on my shoulder, reaching up and poking my nose every time I stop petting her.
