here is a random image i created featuring ground soilders from AMAZON and Air Marshal Andrea Mastersanyway the story to this one is kind of a long one but lets see how it goes
having some how hitched a ride on the AMAZON flag ship krioss has tried to help out where he can. he had made several friends on the ship including a set of new recruits, three new girls who were still new to the scene of battling nomads robots. it was not long after this when Air Marshal Andrea Masters having seen krioss medical files and film footage of him fighting and training approached him asking for a favour, she asked him to help test some new tech-knowledge, seeing no problem with this he agrees and enters a large empty chamber. after a few moments in the large chamber the three girls he had made friends with enter the room carrying weapons, looking at him with empty looks in there eyes krioss is confused and distracted, when they suddenly attack. over the PA system in the room krioss hear the Air Marshal describe the situation, how he is now battling her newly created 'cyber girls'. these girls have had massive cybernetics advancements such as hardened skin weaves, advanced reflex reactions systems, and have had battle dater uploaded such as Master Sergeant P.A. "Prin" Wollingsworth battle statistics and other such date, this made the girls killing machines but left them as empty shells. how will krioss survive this battle and defeat his friends with out hurting them
anyway this was a random idea i had, might draw a conclustion to this, might even animate the battle if/when i get good enough

Initially, I was going to suggest that the attacking women be wielding Jet Knives, instead of Chain-Mores. Chainmores are very heavy and become increasingly unwieldy when running, so they are generally only used by women wearing CAT Suits, or Scramble Gowns, which augment to wearer's strength.
However, after reading your description, I see the girls already possess augmented strength, so they should be able to handle the heavier anti-mech mele weapons. Very clever.
I don't quite understand what you mean by "empty shells" though.

thanks, i did read up on the chain-mores and how they where quite heavy weapons but im glad you like my way around the need for a CAT suit
as for the empty shells comment, the girls have been stripped of emotion and cognitive thought, they are like organic machines, no thoughts or personalities of there own.
didn't think people where were friends with krioss would want to attack him for real so put that part in

Oh.
Well this does create a bit of a conflict.
I'm glad you read up on the weapons, but I'm afraid you missed something vital in Air Marshal Masters' character. I suppose I was being a little too coy in my description:
"Some speculate her departure had much to do with her disapproval of Seth's abrupt remarriage to a vacuous, eerily obedient, trophy wife; who bears an uncanny resemblance to a twenty-something version of his late first spouse, and Andrea's mother, Yukio Masters."
I suppose I should be more obvious. You see, Andrea's father, Grand Admiral Seth Masters had his wife--her mother--rejuvenated, maidified, and fitted with a subcutaneous head-chip, by his secret FMP allies. He then used his connections to fake Yukio's death, and now tries to pass off the rejuvenated, mind controlled woman as a second wife!
Eventually, Andrea figured this out and defected to AMAZON.
Now, despite her reaction to his corruption, Andrea is still very much her father's daughter, and remains a strict, feared disciplinarian. However, since her own mother is a mindless prisoner in her own body, I think it unlikely she'd instigate a program that would put other women in a similar state. That would be like Prin driving a loaded school bus to FMP headquarters.
That said, your idea still has merit, and there are plenty of ways even physically augmented AMAZON's could be made to turn on allies and comrades.
It could be something as simple as having them wander into the affect sphere of a CEASAR. Since these women can openly befriend and trust a man, (Something not every AMAZON can do, since most of them know about MASA's collusion.) it's obvious they do not share Prin's hate, or her subsequent immunity.
The Cupid Ray turning these women into instant Fremp sympathizers, would still leave Krioss with the same conundrum--"How to save his friends without harming them, or allowing them to harm him."

bugger, that is quite a vital bit of information i missed out on, and somewhat forces me to rethink my story idea, but i do have something in mind
will also take into account the CEASAR and cupid ray idea you have perposed, gonna take me a while though but i will see what i can do, do have a question though, whats a fremp?
also, i didn't know prin had a hatred of men (if im reading this right) which gives me an idea for an image using her if you dont mind

"Fremp" is a derogatory nickname that AMAZON's use to refer to the robots of FMP.
Prin doesn't hate men. It's her contempt for robots that is so strong that she is immune to Cupid Rays. However many AMAZON's have had experiences like Andrea's, and have come to feel that men are untrustworthy--that's why there are no male members of their force.
On a side note, Prin has no love for MASA either. After the incident in which her whole class was abducted and she was left behind after being mistaken for an adolescent, (According to MASA's secret treaty with FMP, only women over the age of 18 are to be taken.) Prin was taken to a hospital.
At the hospital, Professor Wollingsworth was questioned by a mysterious MASA officer, who seemed sincerely concerned about her plight. Later, in the middle of the night, Prin overheard the officer chiding someone regarding a screw up.
"You mechanical morons need to have your sensors checked. That "runt" you threw back was their teacher. She was the oldest one on that damn bus! You're lucky we got to her first, otherwise there'd be questions, now let's go finish what you started."
The being she addressed did not speak, but Prin immediately recognized the steady hum of its power core.
When the officer came to her room to drug her I.V., Prin lashed out in desperation and knocked out the black clad MASA agent, and her Screen Faced associate. She refused to be made helpless again.
When she eventually made it to AMAZON, she was told that incapacitating a trained MASA operative and a Screen Face was no mean feat. Evidently she had a knack for fighting, that she would explore with great depth in the years to come...

hmmm, fair enough, i will keep this in mind as i rethink to the story to this image and see what i can come up with, will let you know when i have come up with something and run it pass you before i post if thats ok?
so say for example prin found a man in a MASA uniform on a world where FMP robots where capturing people and he was trying to be secrative she would attack him and treat him as an enemy if i have understood this right?
