your working on the principle she is a holy goddess, if she was a dark goddess (which i have learn't she does have a dark side) she can be affected. plus holy magic can still hurt holy things

Anything can hurt itself. After all Fire Pokemon vs Fire Pokemon. Unless something is null to or absorbs an element yeah it can still be hurt by it.
