I haven't been really impressed with many of the cartoons that have been on lately. But when I came across the Storm Hawks I was hooked. And my favorite character on the show is Stork, the Hawks obsessively paranoid pilot. He only sees the worst case scenario of things, and is sure only a painfull end will result. He also as a bit of an 'evil' streak, especially when it comes to protecting his ship.He is voiced by Scott McNeil, the same guy that voiced Diobot & Rattrap of Beastwars and Wolverine of X-Men Evolution just to name a few.

Quite good, the background fits really well with Stork. Not too complicated, but just right.

I actually surprised myself when I first got into the cartoon by taking an immediate liking to the merby pilot. I don't usually go for the emo characters, but Stork hit something just right for me.
Your style really looks good on him, he actually looks like he's got some meat on them bones.

I just wish Cartoon Network would put it back in their lineup...I haven't seen all the episodes yet, much less any new ones they've done. I might have to see if they've put out another DVD yet.

I had no clue of this cartoon's existance. Then I went to Walmart a few days ago and saw them selling action figures of the characters in it. Then I saw the character you drew here

They also have the first 13 episodes on DVD now. The show doesn't seem to be on TV right now...I hope they put it back on soon. Or, at least, release the rest of the show on DVD. I haven't seen all of them yet *sniff*.

I already have the first two DVDs, even though the Target I worked at didn't even put them out on the shelves. I did a random search on a PDA because I was bored, saw we had some, and requested for them.
I didn't really search for the show on TV, but I did try to search for info online - seems like another fandom I like where it is hard to find much information/fanart/character picture refernces/etc... =\

Not the biggest fan of the show, though I do watch it when it's on and I happen to be in front of the TV. It's one of those rare decent cartoons they have on CN these days, in my opinion. And I think I like this character the most, too.
I like your take on him, it's also a very simple pose yet you managed to make it look artistically attractive. I especially like the colouring style, I've never had a chance to try markers out (only greyscaled ones, but eh) but this technique looks difficult to tame...I like how cool the shadows look here, I also see that you used gel-pen on some of the metal parts on his costume...I bet it looks even more awesome IRL. Really good piece of fanart

*nod* the markers took some time getting used to. But now there all I really use, my poor color pencils are feeling left out 
Most all my stuff looks much better IRL, my scanner isn't the greatest. It gets a little picky with certain colors (reds & oranges being the worst.) I had to play around with the contrast on this one for a while because of the BG.

I have to admit when I first saw the show, I didn't really think much of it but after awhile of watching, I found that it wasn't so bad of a show. ^^ Hehe it was so cool to see all the different personalities of the team from Piper's smartness to Arrow's leadership down to Stork's paranoia. = ]
Moving on though, Stork looks really good in your style

Funny thing though, his hair is what bugged me the most. It never looked right when I drew it like it is in the show. I had to add more strands to make it work for me.
