I can't even find the words to explain what I'm really feeling.
Where you are now is up, but all I see is the ceiling.
I believe in God, I know he's there, but why'd he take you away?
The angels he takes, the choices he makes, but why today?
I can still hear their laughter, making you're heart hurt and ache,
If I ever did anything that hurt you, I'm sorry, and this apology isn't fake.
I wish I could tell you now how much you really matter, and that you
shouldn't listen to people or the doctors, they utter senseless chatter.
This feeling I have, the unexplainable one, leaves me confused and even more lost,
I've been to dark places, and had nasty feelings but never considered the cost.
I'm sorry you were hurting and it felt as if no one was there,
I'm sorry you didn't see how many people really do care.
I miss you bud, and I wish you'd never left,
now and always, you're kindness will always be kept.
