thank you! I'm glad you like them. Moscow was a kind of test (or even challenge) for me - getting used to my new camera and shooting something else than I usually do

you live through others? that's, I guess, what my friend would call "a second hand experience"

Are you enjoying your Nikon? Sometimes I wish I'd bought a Nikon - I was actually considering getting a used one, but then I thought of all the additional lenses I'd have to buy...

I have a canon and I love it! one thing I don't like about it is that it's quite heavy. oh, and taking self-portaits with it is really hard! maybe it's just a matter of time and practice. hope it is

The 40D is a nice camera. Yes, self-portraits become difficult. I have to use a "stand-in" so I can set the shot up (focus, test lighting, etc), then set the self-timer. Maybe if I get a really long shutter release things would be easier...
