No it is not an official plush. It is a counterfeit/knockoff. OnlyFactory is apparently a sub-company of FrontWinner who makes counterfeit productions of MLP plushies based off of Fan Art Plush Makers patterns and/or actual plushies. Because it has a tag on it, it is considered by law to be a counterfeit reproduction. If it had no tag it would be a knockoff. It is okay to buy a knockoff but YOU CANNOT RE-SELL THEM as that is considered illegal, so this company is making and selling a fake knockoff based on a plushie maker's hard work to create the pattern and/or plush itself.
