BIO:
Celine and her family arrives in Dreamland,
5 weeks before Asylus' destruction approching on Dreamland.
She meet Tuff when he playing football with three Cappy friends Spikehead, Iroo and Honey.
Tuff is suddenly fall in love on her
(well, it's my idea XD),
because she love to play the football.
Their relationship is growing each others.
Tuff have never thought she's very special,
more than his friend...
Suddenly, the Demon Beast called Grizzly Crocodile,
a half crocodile, half dinosaur and half grizzly bear attack the Cappies in Cappy Town.
It's the same monster who attacking Celine's
hometown in Jam Jungle and kill her father.
In the middle of destruction of Grizzly Crocodile,
Tuff sacriface to protect and the Demon Beast
cut Tuff's skin of his left arm.
Kirby defeat Grizzly Crocodile in his Sword form.
In the end, Celine confess her feelings for Tuff
and both of them became youngest couples in Cappytown.
Celine and Tuff hear about the rumors about the
giant black dinosaur rampaging the Cappy Town.
Now Tuff remember about the dinosaur is Asylus,
The Legendary Demon Beast after he saw Asylus
defeat Kirby so easy.
Celine is scared of Asylus' indestructibel powers.
She realize now he has his original plan to
conquer the Popstar to turn to the Hellstar.
Tuff comfort her, when she so scared.
Celine and Tuff are jealolus when Kirby and Tiff
are officialy couple after defeating Asylus.
But they are still their best friends.

Thanks. Took me a while to make since others did some other characters from Dragon Ball like Sonic related, and So I thought "hey, you know what, I should try to do that too". So, I did, made these two both as chimps, monkeys if they both still have their tails.

Alright Fredrik I mean no offense, but this bio really sucks! Sorry, if this stings, but you need to know this. It's really bad and I'll tell you why. First of all, giving Celine a Japanese name is stupid and pointless. How does she have two names and why Japanese? Why not French or Spanish or African or Canadian? Celine's never going to use that name and it serves no purpose. Instead, 'Miki' should be her nickname or last name, but not some second name.
Second is her personality. You only listed five words here and they really don't tell us much about her. For example you said she's loving. Is she loving all the time? Is she loving just to animals? Is she loving to her enemies? I don't know because this is too vague. You really have to go into more detail about this personality so we have some idea of what to expect from Celine. It should be at least a few sentences long.
Third is her Likes and Dislikes. Alright, when I look at this I'm easily reminded of Fumu. Every one of Celine's likes are the same as Fumu's. Come on, reading books, studying about history and cherishing nature is all Fumu. Looking at this it seems the only difference between Celine and Fumu is that Bun is Fumu's brother and Celine's boyfriend. As for Dislikes, I think they're okay though I wonder how Celine knows about Nightmare Enterprises if she isn't from Dream Land.
Fourth and here's the big thing the bio itself. First of all, why does Tuff suddenly fall in love with Celine? That makes no sense at all! In fact, that's something that could make Celine look like a Mary-Sue since they're known for having canon characters suddenly fall in love with them. Of course, Tuff could think Celine is pretty when he first sees her. That's a possibly, but instantly falling in love with her is really stretching it too much. Personally, I think you have a better chance at winning at the lottery than falling in love at first sight and living happily ever after.
Next, you say Grizzly Crocodile suddenly attacks Cappy Town. What does that event have to do with Celine? This is a bio about Celine so the main focus should be Celine not some crocodile attacking a town she isn't even from. Also, you say Grizzly Crocodile is half crocodile, half dinosaur and half grizzly bear. You can't have three halves of something. Come on, that's first grade math dude. You need to change that into thirds. Plus, the whole thing about Grizzly Crocodile attacking Cappy Town is completely unneeded in a bio about CELINE. All you're doing here is spoiling the story of how Celine came to Dream Land if you were planning on making one.
Also, it says that Grizzly Crocodile killed Celine's father, but you never explain on how that effected Celine. Is she afraid of beast and has nightmares about him? Is she angry and want to kill the beast herself to avenge her father? Did she even have a relationship with her father? How close was she to her father? Did Celine see her father die right before her eyes? How does this effect her relationships with other people? Why did Grizzly Crocodile kill him anyway? None of this is explained in the bio and all we get is a pointless spoil of a story. Also, it says that Celine confesses her love to Tuff which again is very Mary Suish. They can be a couple eventually, but it has to be natural.
But the bio doesn't end there because now it talks about Asylus. A character who has nothing to do with Celine in the slightest. Yet, I still see nothing about her family; characters who actually do have something to do with Celine. I don't care about Asylus. I want to know who Celine's family is since they did move to Dream Land with her. Does she have any siblings? Is she being raised by her mother? If so, then is her mother raising her solo or does she have a new boyfriend/girlfriend? If not, then is she being raised by an aunt/uncle, an older cousin or sibling, her grandparents? Who? Once again, it's not mentioned, but we do get pointless info about Kirby and Fumu defeating Asylus which has nothing to do with Celine. Seriously, I didn't read a Celine Bio to learn about Asylus; I read a Celine Bio to learn about Celine. Plus, I already knew what Asylus's plan was before I read this bio so this info is even more pointless.
Plus, you make sure to explain Bun and Celine as couple, but what about the rest of the characters. How does she get along with Fumu? Does she like her? Does she look up to her? Was she fast friends with her or did it take awhile? Does Fumu even like Celine? Does she think Celine is an idiot? Does she approve of Celine dating her brother? Hell, does Celine have a crush on Fumu too? She doesn't like Dedede, but she likes Escargoon....why and how does she know Whispy Woods? I don't know, because you didn't bother to explain. There are too many unknowns here.
Anyway, if you read all that then I'm glad you took time to read what I typed out. The only reason I even bothered was because I wanted to help you improve. If I sounded harsh that's because I don't want to sugarcoat anything. Like I said, I mean no offense, but this bio seriously needs to be revised and the sooner the better. Anyway, I really hope you take my advice. I'm only trying to help!

If Tuff and Celine were a couple, it would definitely remind me of Tails X Cosmo.

Of course it would. You did mention in the description that Tuff suddenly falls in love with her, just like Tails did with Cosmo when she was first seen with everyone else.
But that isn't all. Tuff and Tails appear to have the same color skin, and Celine and Cosmo both wear green (except Celine's is slightly more bluish). Thus, these two couples are quite similar to each other.
