you could argue that. you could also argue that love for their mother drove them to do that, or that how they developed from the experience made them noble and brave, so they'd be Gryffindor. you could also say that the brothers' loyalty to each other would place them in Hufflepuff.
honestly, i think it'd become a Harry Potter situation of them choosing where to go.
