He never thought to get Ayano，until ayano suicide because "senpai never loves her"...you know that senpai always treat Ayano in an unfriendly way only because she is a girl of creepy and weird.
Oko regretted after hearing the news of her suicide,He was so wished that she was alive,to respond to his wish is not a God, but a demon

Given what's mentioned & that this is suppose to be a yandere ending, Oko would possibly kidnap Senpai(since Senpai was the reason Ayano killed herself) then prepare him to summon Ayano.(Possibly tell him his plans after everything is set up & Senpai can't do anything about it, possibly to let everything set in & see if Senpai feels guilty for his actions or is just scared) Given the pic & what usually happens in the game I'm guessing something failed so Ayano came back as a ghost. Though given Oko seems to be able to control his ritual abilities in other pics I feel the ritual would work & Ayano could come back.

I don't think one body was enough. Ayano's soul was likely damaged when she offed herself. It would take a lot of powerful magic to bring her FULLY back... more than one body, maybe more than Oko could do... I hope she realizes she is missed by a man she overlooked, someone she made feel, just like senpai did for her. I wish Oko could have succeeded fully.

I wonder of Oko accidentally killed her during one of there demon summonings and ripped out his eyes to "see" her again. Err, well bring back her- spirit ? So she can't rest in peace. That seems kinda Yandere.

This is bittersweet. I wonder how the remaining four will go now. Chances are Asu might take the place of Ronshaku instead. The teacher is bound to end with Ayano blackmailed and stuck under his 'tutoring'. Kizano goes Phantom of the Opera or Shakespeare and makes her his while on a stage. That's my prediction for three of the four. No idea how Osano would work.
Honestly thought he would be more like his demonic self when he defends Ayano from the Basu Twins. Oko gets a bittersweet happiness at least.
