Description Sketched this during the UPAME con. Foot was still injured so I wasn't that mobile that day. Shame really since it was real hit and I feel that I missed out quite a bit. Anyhow, just did some quick sketches at the booth. This is one of them... didn't really like how this turned out. I'm suddenly realizing that I'm rather frustrated with how I make clothes... I need major practice. Sigh...

Hahaha... I feel the same way about a number of other artists and I'll just pass on what they told me: practice, practice, and when you're done, practice some more.

Good technique. Energetic, kinetic, graphic. But a bit rushed. As you look at the picture, the front right leg doesn't quite work (although the foot does) and nor does the rear left leg. Would have benefitted from a little more time and forethought . I like the head, the right arm (again, as you look at the picture) and the lines and the shading.
