I'm not usually the type for Original characters, or atleast fan characters but since the MLP world is so expansive it does get my mind going.
None the less someone has probably already done a similar idea to mine but I would love to see a pegasus race up in the mountains with feathers for hair.
It might not be very marketable but it's a nice idea in my mind.
Cotton is the Blue pony and Cloud Skipper is the purple one!
