Description
During the Battle at Fan Castle, Guan Yu and the Shu forces fell into a devastating ploy. Suffering a threat from both the Wu and Wei Kingdom, Two of the Shu officers contemplate defection. Mi Fang and Fu Shiren. Overhearing their discussion, Guan Yinping attempts the intervene, and suffers a small cut from an arrow. She tried to retaliate, but her body started to grow heavy. Her eyes start to close. Slowly, she collapses on the ground before the would-be traitors."Mmmmmmph...." Her eyes flicker, and she can hear the faint sounds of water. Suddenly, she hears splashing nearby, and her feet started to feel wet....?
She jumps awake instantly, but her body doesn't move. She struggles and struggles, looking down at the tight bindings used to hold her in place. Then, she notices the water. Rising from the castle floor. Slowly, and slowly....
"MMMMMMPH!! MMMMMMPH!" She's fighting harder now. Twisting and jolting around, but the ropes don't budge.
"I don't get it... I should...!? That... that arrow!"
Yinping recalls what happened before she passed out. The two would-be traitors... the arrow they used. "The arrow! That must've sapped my strength... but it barely got me....?"
Yinping looks down at the water as she ponders. It was rising, and rising! Almost enough to consume her legs. She was running out of time. Very soon, the water would consume her. And....
"I have to get free! I have to get free!!" Yinping struggles ferociously, Shifting her body every way she can, in an attempt to get free. But it makes no differences... The ropes and chains made the strong warrior into nothing more than a helpless damsel in distress.
"No... No! I... I can get out..." The water reached passed her bent knees. It won't be long before it consumes her now. She sniffs and calls out, making nothing more than "Mmmmph!" sounds. She was sure anyone left had already escaped. There was no one left in the castle now.
She closed her eyes tightly, trying hard to not let the situation overwhelm her. Still, a small tear trickles down her cheek.
"No... Not like this... Please! Someone! Anyone!"
"MMMMMMPHH!!!!"
She calls out one last time, before falling limp in her bindings. Tears start to fall from her eyes as she thinks this is the end.... Will someone save Yingping in time?

Who wanted to see Guan Yinping, in a scenario involving her capture from two traitors during the events of the Fan Castle battle. The idea was his. I just made it happen. Was interesting to recreate the flood attack indoors. Oh! And don't you love cliffhanger endings?
All characters and events are based on the Dynasty Warriors series.

I think that Guan Yu and his sons would take their time to rescue Yinping, but still it'll end on Guan Yu being killed off, with Guan Xing and Suo having even MORE reasons to kill off Mi Fang and Fu Shiren later at Yiling. Still THIS is an awesome piece because you just simply can't go wrong with a Yinping DID. We can always come up with how to sap her strength. Like that arrow.

I've seen water perils done before, but I haven't seen one done like this yet. It turned out pretty well. I like the splashing you added. It's a nice detail. Her wide eyed expression really shows her fear and worriment, too. The story seems a little more detailed and fleshed out as well. Nicely done!

Yeah, it's a first alright. Was fun to make. With the water rising and the splashing around from the water rushing in and her wriggling her legs.

I'm guessing Jiang Wei will save her. Yinping is too important to Zhuge Liang's strategies to have her die here.

Or you could cut enough to free her from the chair, but keep the rest bound? Then you would have a cute girl all to yourself!
