Okay, this guy doesn't HAVE a name.. so I just titled this piece after the weapon he carries.I thought I'd go back to my roots here.
I taught myself how to draw by looking at comics... one of my favorite comics back then was Elfquest, and so the wonderful Wendy Pini's art was my main reference. I probably should have just drawn Cutter or Skywise or one of my other favorite Pini elves... buuuut this guy popped into my head... so here he is.

Wah! Go Elfquest! I read a little bit of that comic a long time ago and i loved what i read, almoset made a character off of it myself... but never actually got around to it. You art is wonderful as usual, and i love the pose, looks like he just got done sparring, or he just ran a heck-a-long ways. I keep getting sucked in by the eyes...... *stare*

Yay! I have a character with the four-finger complex thinger, but he's not an elf...
This guy's cute! Somehow, though, I see him being really tiny. Like a shimmerling (they're only three inches, often mistaken for pixies, go DnD), but not annoying and evil. And that makes me want to hug him. XD

Nah, he's more like three feet tall... and... well... one of the good guys. I think... I really dunno. He doesn't even have a name... or a parentage or anything like that... so he doesn't have enough background to be able to say whether he's good, evil, or a grey area character.

This guy is really cute, but his hand looks wierd with only four fingers. ^.^;

Blame Wendy Pini on that one... the Elfquest elves only had three fingers and a thumb on each hand and four toes on each foot...
