this occurred to me.it seems that after helping to save the world from an alien invasion, Shego had some downtime; and she discovered the world of anime!
while she doesn't understand the popularity of the current crop, featuring episodes where the characters growl at each other on a bridge FOR THE WHOLE EPISODE and nothing happens (XO you know who you are?), she does have a love for the classics, and she talked Kim into cosplaying with her at conventions...

While you may not be talking specifically about Dragonball Z, it must be noted that characters could spend an entire episode in that simply staring at each other. I love the show, but those Japanese need to learn about pace.

i was talking about a certain orange clad ninja... while it's true DBZ frequently had similar things occur (poor crillin, stuck on the ground for four episodes, then he gets up and gets knocked on his ass again) but it would at least CUT TO OTHER PEOPLE"S ACTIVITIES WHICH WERE OCCURRING CONCURRENTLY, so we wouldn't be stuck with dead air...
