He's wicked - like BADASS wicked 
The Orange 3 intrigues me - something original about him.
Both 2 and 4 work really well. But it depends upon how much his colours contrast with the other characters.(?) Do you want him to be totally different and to be a consist style ... blah ... me rambling. :blah: 
If you're instincts say 4 I'd go with 4!

4 is my fave...everyone seems to like 2 and 4..but I'm thinking four is the way to go...I think stylistically...he should be darkers..so four would work...it's a little more demonic..hehehe
