Day 21 of Pokehalloween - the theme "dream".I couldn't come up with something imaginative, so I took the opportunity to practice my lighting and atmosphere kinda stuff. I'm finding that I'm having a hard time trying to keep the light source consistent in my work.

I like having Unown motifs in Pokemon pictures, they can be put onto anything really easily and make sense.

This is a really sweet feeling image. The positions are really nice and move you through the piece. The lighting seems off on the left side. The lifelessness really lends itself to this piece. Overall, I really like this and it looks great!

Where do you see that the perspective is off? (I don't doubt you, I didn't really use my lines >.> I'd just like to see where other people are seeing it!) And do you have any suggestions for where the lighting seems off?

This artwork looks really cool! And the PokΓ©mon you painted look really cute.
I love the color pallete you used. And I also really like this style of painting and shading where you didn't use linework. This all gives the painting a very peaceful and warm atmosphere. I also really like the design of the bed. The elements of your composition interact really nicely with each other, because of the folds in the blanket and the pillow.
Something that I think you could improve on is the perspective, which looks slightly off to me. What usually helps is adding a eye level line (sometimes called horizon line) and a vantage point to your sketch. Since all lines that are not parallel or perpendicular to the horizon line converge in this point you can use the lines the make sure the perspective on the bed and the wall are correct.
Other than that I really like this painting! It's very cute and has lovely colors. Nice work!

They're definitely are in a nice sleep, hopefully their dreams are pleasant. My tagword is Awakening which they will soon.
From the image it appears that they are in a dark room since the colors are subdued and the nice use of purple. The Pokemon seem nicely arranged in their positions, which is a plus. Also the quilt on Koffing has a sense of actually being on it with the subtle wrinkles, adding depth to the piece. Same goes for the pillow with Sneasel on it. The unknown design on the bed-frame behind them is a nice touch for a Pokemon themed illustration.
An probable bit to consider is that the angle of the unknown bed frame is different from the mattress/quilt itself. [Forword facing vs leaning to the right per se] As for the lighting, the window and door have a yellow light and none on the Pokemon. Maybe add some of the yellow lighting on them to for a harmonious composition color wise?Β How I See Color - A Tutorial goes in more depth. 
As commented by others, this is a sweet deviation and a tad heartwarming. Hope this comment [and more so the tutorial] helps. Keep it up.

I didn't even notice the bed/bed frame difference, whoops. I need to practice my perspective!Β
I'm glad I got the dark night theme across. I wasn't too sure if I should add the yellow lighting to them because the light was shining through the window from the left - I will go back through the tutorial and practice some more with my lighting.Β
