Sooo....one of the many humorous things that have spawned off of the RP I'm in XD this is a gag I've been in the process of working on (well, this is just part one), but it spawned the most amusing thread on the RP these characters are in, as well. so, it was fun to do~!Tanel and Balmung, et art (c) meh

ahaha XD that RP is brillant just cause of the characters alone XD we have a really serious plot going, but we get tons of fun stuff popping up, too~ make sure who ever does Q&A has a really straight-laced/serious personality, and is a bit of a spazz. Those are the funnest~

"Kill and destroy each other" tends to be the ending result of every in-chat game if I'm with a certain one of my friends. Her usually completely normal teenage girl character tends to become a sadistic man-hater maniac when chatting outside of the role play. XD Most of my characters are male too. Haha!

lmao, yeah, pretty much XD well, mainly, it's the characters I use XD Gwynaeth wanted to kill eveyrone going in, and Bal-kun gets angry easy (except at Tanel), so those two usually end up in there XD Lol, I hardly ever RP female characters, unless I have a lot of other characters XD Like in Epitome, I'm at 7 characters now, and had another one in the past (it was a female, Selene, but I killed her XD ), and only 2 are females, one of which is questinably female XD LMAO! well, not all of them involve the characters, but it shows ya how we blew time waiting for people to get on and RP XD

Well yeah, I didn't expect them to all be involving the characters. Reminds me of a forum I was on where everyone was discussing torture methods and the most painful ways to die. O.O (to help people who were writing stories involving torture, I guess)
One person mentioned, "Nailing male parts to the table"
and someone replied, "My villain thanks you. My character hates you" O_____O No comment.
I dunno, male characters are just more fun to me. XD I really only have one current role play character that I have fun using.

lol, those are the best types XD i love conversations like that~ it's always good to know the crazy people you are RPing with, mwa haha~! well, for me, I just have a dislike of female characters in general, because they are usually so...maiden-like. Can't do anything for themselves, graaah! Which is why I do guy characters. I usually make them pretty weak and pathetic in physical terms, but they have other talents. I like playing smart characters that no one really realizes just how smart they are, mwa hahah! Tanel is my fave for that (the one from the Q&A comic who asked Bal-kun the question). He doesn't have a lot of common sense, and he acts like a complete ditz (he was raised on a goat farm away from most people, in a land that was conquered shortly after he turned 8, but he has serious trouble with socializing normally cause of it), but he is really good at strategy in fights, and he has a nearly genius-level of mapping XD Now if only he could get through his head that shrimp are not bugs XD
the best is my reasoning for killing off Selene...I had 7 characters, but wanted to bring Kirissin in, so I killed her off~

I actually like maiden-type girls. "Tough girl"-types in fairytales are a bit overdone and they try to steal the men's spotlight. (I'm into classic roles in fairytales. XD) But I agree that maiden-type girls can be INCREDIBLY annoying, -especially in anime. It's hard finding a well-balanced sweet-girl-type heroine that doesn't get on the nerves of the viewers. XDD I think the difference between a good damsel-type and a bad damsel-type is that the good damsel-type needs help because she is physically and mentally unable to better her situation herself. -not the idiot priss who gets kidnapped for the fiftieth time because she provoked the villain and/or stood out in the open with no way of defense like a moron and got grabbed by him.
I have a character in a Renaissance fantasy setting who can't use his left arm. Fighting (and pretty much any other job in his time period) is difficult for him, but he is well-learned and fairly wise so he finds a place. I have a character in the same story who had a poor upbringing and so never learned to read or do anything above simple math. He is very often patronized because of it, and that makes him recklessly short-tempered. I have fun trying to earn the reader's respect for him eventually anyway.
I love filling out those things! I haven't posted any on this account because I have yet to introduce my newest characters (darn scanner) Lol! I did read yours though! Those two are nice foils for each other. XD

Well, I tend to like tough girls cause that's pretty much what I am in a nut shell, lol. But, I don't think they can't be a little feminine XD then again, I'd rather mess with guys who are wimps though, ahahah XD Oh, I have characters like that, too XD I have this one boy who can't walk XD well, he does eventually start to learn to walk, but then he falls out the third story window. Fun times~

Lol, my friends and I do silly things like that too, but it's usually things like using the chatbox on a facebook page and both talking to one person from one account (and making him guess who said what XD) I unfortunately don't live close to my roleplay friends with the excepting of a couple who live out of town and just never come to my house. XD I do know a few of them in real life though (obviously, I know the ones who live nearby)
Have you guys tried the character swap game yet? It's funny because you find out just how well your friends can pull off your characters.

Lmao, well, we do plenty of that, too XD we've had a lot of the game threads spawn from the cbox on the site, or somewhere else, including comments back and forth on DA XD I have a couple that don't live too far from me,b ut the two active ones don't live that close XD well, at least right now. One is from TX, and the other is from IL, not too far from me (like 15 mins), but she's currently studying over in England, lmao XD
We have tried swapping before, but I've been told my characters are too hard to do XD Kirissin was really hard for me at first, as was Gwynaeth, so I understand it. Kirissin didn't actually talk at all til like his fourth thread, and even now, he talks maybe once or twice a thread, and it's one liners like, "..........hungry....." or ".....Tei-zal..." currently, it's been a lot of the second, since he and his demon got separated and he is really sad and lonely right now (he has trust issues, but he loves his little demon since they've been together so long). So, he does all his expressing through really simple motions. He pretty much just hides and lets the others take care of things, occasionally growling. His ears and tail usually do the talking XD and for Gwynaeth, she was totally different from the type of characters I usually play. She's starting leaning back towards what I'm used to now, but at first, she literally was rather inhuman, hating everyone and liking to shoot things XD she still likes to shoot things, but after something happened, she realized she actually had a friend (that betrayed her, lol), and now she's traveling with her friend's brother and she's started to fall for him (though she still insists on destroying him). Balmung is the one everyone always picks to do, since he's apparently the easiest, lol XD

A friend and I decided to have our characters fall in love over a cbox. We make jokes that when their grandchildren ask how they met, they'll bring up that time long ago when their creators stayed up all night planning their futures.
Lol, your characters WOULD be hard to do. XD I have a character who is a mute. It's much harder rping as him than it would be to put him into comic form because all his expression comes from his face.

ahah XD well, we did a lot of planning on who was to pair with who over cboxes XD Tanel and Bal-kun were from the start, but Farvi and Seraph were paired in the Cbox, and Mira and Jay was more recent establishment on there XD Kiri had a looong discussion about match-making, but he made it out without a pairing. Poor Kiri! XD
ahah XD well, I like to challenge myself a bit, too, when I do characters~ it gets tiresome doing the same ones over and over again, so I try different types. I'm fortunate that one of the things that Im best at is imagery, so that part of him isn't too hard, plus I've gotten used to him.And, when he needs to tell people something really important, Tei-zal comes out and takes care of it~ I love Tei-zal XD yay for random demons~ When we started the RP, the whole reason I made both Gwynaeth and Selene (the one I killed) was so that I could have a character in each level. Tanel was neutral, now Stars, Balmung is bounty hunter, Farvardin resistance, Mira took over the neutral spot (though Kirissin is also neutral), Gwynaeth was Church (she's now neutral, sorta), and Selene was army. So, she wasn't made cause I wanted her, but because by each of us 3 admins taking on characters from each class, we figured it would help move the story and inspire others to join, lol.
