I'm redesigning him, as suggested. Help! I still think he looks weird! I'm gonna redo him a few more times until I get him right.~~~~~~~~
-I'm keeping his small height (He's still a 'puppet')
-I'm now going to highlight the fact that he's a magician since I keep forgetting this myself
-I'm ATTEMPTING to make him look more Toy-y, instead of just being a Golden Freddy with the cheeks. This is why this one is just Ver. 1 for now

Opposite colours on the hat and bowtie (as in, the hat and bowtie he has now) and a black cape with red on the inside. Also, he kinda looks crazy.

For making Tangle look more Toy-like, definitely go for eye makeup, but I'd suggest something based on stage-makeup as well- possibly just as the form of darker gold, if you want to avoid the gender confusion that plagued the Toy line. I would also suggest a vest, perhaps red or black, but in keeping with his size and the very streamlined style of the Toys I'd go for a plain one myself, possibly without the cuffs. Or maybe a cape? That could help balance out the design, as it's quite busy on the upper body but nothing much happens lower down. Just my ideas, though. Love your art style!!!

I don't really know what he's missing, but I agree with you. I hardly recognized him when I saw this. Um... well... Maybe add more colours or make some of them brighter? I'm not sure if it'll work, but I just scrolled through pictures of the toys and they all seem bright and colourful...
