I think that:
1. There is not the best placing for the screens. Everyone should be able to put is as he like and he feels comfortable.
2. There is not enough space behind working sits.
3. There is not enough of natural light where is blueprint placing (if I'm right this part of room is positioning as meeting place).

I like the layout design, its very clean. the way you managed to hide all the wiring.
Except that the space is very minimum for transition of staff between the desks.
And the wall mounted displays can be stressful to view for long hours of work
its a bit too high and also the angle of view can be stressful to the staff.
Other than all that the render is very neat. I like the shelves too

thanks,yeah I let the scene dark,the weather was gloomy all the time.wasn't planning to light up the scene in the first place.and nope,I didn't use HDRI and there's no brightness tweaking at all
