As a sense of normality seemed to return to Wynsiph as a cure to the Plague was finally within reach, Castiel found himself venturing more around the Nook. He wasn't entirely sure how to interact with others his own age ... especially when there were so many of them, and they didn't seem to really know how to interact with him either.

For a while where was an odd kind of impasse: Castiel not offering interaction and others watching from afar. Though it couldn't remain this way forever.

If Cas had learned anything so far, it was that life was ever changing. Whether he wanted it to or not.
