I'm more of a city guy, but it was almost heaven, but it just smelt of cow poo, nice! I guess you could get used to it, but then I'd worry that I'd smell of it too. Bit of a no win situ for me I think, click and go!!!

This has such a classic feel to it... gravel road, sunset, old trees bending the branches. For me, the sun rays are a bit much, but I think that they do add an interesting quality to the image... something unique.

did you use the color filter on the lense or in afterprocessing?

I used a 2 stop gradient filter on the lense, then added an orange gradient in PS, but only selected the sky using colour select and bit of feather.
Like your thoughts on it too. I've heard all sorts, but like this one the best

stunning. i love the orange sky. how did you not overexpose it? i always overexpose my skies. this is absolutely beautiful. there are a lot of great textures here--tree branches, the edge of the field, the bushes, the path. i love it!

Thank fella. To stop the sky over exposing I used a 2 stop gradient filter on the top half of the shot. You loose out a little on the tree but this can be corrected. Hope that helps
