well, i cant think of a situation in which he would. rmx does not feel kicked around by society, so the idea of "taking things over" is not what he thinks about. he likes sharing.
its appropriate for cagney though because, in the game, he talks about total domination and acts like a cute little flower initially, demonstrating he is aware of the perception of flowers as "harmless" or "wimpy." he seems like he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder/something to prove, since he's a flower. so he's more the type of person who would want to "take back the world for myself and my kin," etc.

Ah. I see. I just thought he'd say something to that effect to fuel marsh's chuunibyou tendencies, kinda in a similar manner to how parents play along with their kids' fantasies when they're little.
I must admit though, you do go the extra mile in fleshing out your theories and understanding of characters, and I gotta respect that.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: the Werner and Cagney pic is like my favorite thing ever. The angle, Cagney’s perfect expression, Werner’s hilariously adorable face and softness – I still want to pet him!! ;;;;;;;;A;;;;;;;; I crave more Cagney and Werner interactions. There's only, like, two other people who draw this.
I. LOVE. DAD. CAGNEY. He and his tons of kiddos are absolutely precious and I want them to totally dominate the world. Look at him putting them in their little ~flower beds~ ;;;;;;;;;;;
Bizarro kitty Devil is delightfully creepy-cute. It’s fun to see him in different shapeshifter forms, hehe ;;w;;
ALL OF THE PAINTINGS ARE GOD-TIER AS USUAL. I love Beppi’s face and the reflective shininess of his ruff, I adore the soft rodent fur texture on Werner, Goopy is a cute blueberry boi here and he still reminds me of something from Pixar for some reason lol, Cala’s scales are pretty and I like how her scars look “indented” here, and BRINEYBEARD IS HAVING FUN AAAAAAAHHHHHH i’m still really proud of the “walking” the dogfish idea lol ;; The water looks fantastic and GOD the dogfish are basically 3D-looking and it’s wonderful. They already looked like Tom and Jerry characters, but you really painted that style to the dogfish perfectly.
RUMOR IS ACTUALLY ONE OF MY FAVES HERE. I love how you finished her up from the WIP omg. Her stance and face are so cute, the honey texture on the staff is great, and SHE’S GOT BEE FUZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;W;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; more people need to portray this on bees, yes please thanks. The black background really makes her pop as well to make her especially look 3D-ish
