basil,the character in my icon is only 1ft
and if chip is barely bigger than a paper clip,I'm thinking he'd be like,6 inches if the paperclip is a jumbo (4 inch) paperclip
so chip is half the size of basil
I can imagine him riding around in basil's pocket/pouch
