Description I call this the Best Navy Photo Ever Taken, I love this shot. Alot of the photogs in the lab hated me calling it that but I don't care what they think anyway. I took this one morning when I was going up to the flightdeck to shoot a job and I saw these guys standing there talking so I started shooting and then a formation of helos flew over and I got the Best Navy Photo Ever Taken.
I do wanna give a shout out to Lisa Marcus shes the one that hooked me up with the roll of film to shoot this that morning cause I only had one roll and it was for the job I was sent up there for in the 1st place so Thanks Lisa.

This is a VERY good picture.

I like how the skies color just pops out at you and how the sailors and helos are shadowed.

well, im already in the Navy. im just in a Training status still. im already on my third base.... i've been in for about 8 months already. so yea haha. im staying in for awhile. i plan on becoming a chief one day. lol

I took it on the USS George Washington stationed out of Norfolk Va. it was the day we were returning from a 6 month cruise. And about the guys rates I have no idea its in the caption when it got transmitted though but I dont have that info myself.
