Hong Kong cuisine is one of the best that I have tasted. The sheer variety of dishes, full and rich taste that perfect mix together. The view into these kitchens is also striking. The hard working men in women, serving always hungry city, doing their job in tiny, crowded, dark rooms, sometimes almost on the side-walk. And yet, the food is always something to remember.Related content

I honestly found the most delicious food in the unexpected places with very creative ways of preparing- the picture most certainly reminds me of it. Never been to easter asia though- so how does this cuisine taste? I only have the typical restaurants as a standard.

You know, I eat really good. Most of the time I eat home cooked food. No junk, no frozen pizzas, if I eat hamburger, I go to small stall and order pure beef. I buy ingredients, processed food is not for me.
But in SE Asia... It's different. Food is richer, feels somehow lighter, You do feel good after it. It's almost impossible to eat bad. You have snacks for on the go,you have gazillion restaurants. Because most of the HKers don't eat at home (imagine cooking in 30 square m), the frequency is so intense that the food is always fresh.
