Description This is a piece done for my final project last quarter, for which I designed the basic skeleton of a game.

When the villain turns most of the people in Rome to stone, some of them react in an unexpected way to the curse, beginning to sprout stone and become aggressive. They slowly grow from zombie-like, unintelligent things to much more clever and powerful creatures. Basically, the second stage you would treat cautiously, but seeing the third stage on the street would mean turning and running to just get out of its way until you're strong enough to stop it. The third stages would all look different as well, depending on how they each grew.

The first stage would be those weaker enemies you encounter early on in the game, while the second would be the occasional tougher one you encounter, with the third stage being boss level, or powerful mini-boss.
