~colorpulp pointed out that I haven't posted any pictures of things I've actually made.There's a reason for that. A pretty obvious reason. I'll let you guess what it is.
But, we just got pictures back from critique, so I'll show you guys this. This is the dress from [link] side view. First semester, junior year, cut-and-sew class (that is, knit yardage). The entire shell of the dress is one piece, with a two piece facing attached.

weight is one of the least important things in picking models, at least for me. their walk, their attitude, and their appearance do way more for a garment than their waist. to be honest though, this photo is kind of deceptive. she's actually 5'8'' and her waist is the same size as the dressform, about a size 2.
