Description I've been watching the project over at for a while and have been highly entertained. So, when they announced that they were holding a contest, I thought it would be a lot of fun to give it a try.

The idea was to depict one of the main characters from the comic, and I chose Zelda because I had had a mind to do a fountain/garden scene for a while now, and I thought she would fit into it nicely.

This piece features Zelda's unique design by and . I absolutely love it!

P.S. This is my first Photoshop painting! I still love Painter, but this was way fun!

.....the more i look at it, the more i find things to be astonished, because I didn't see it right away, but this piece has something of a beautiful and calm atmosphere by night, surrounded by a friendly silence. it's truly gorgeous.
The light, the hence (?) shadows, the place, and all the little details. .......i feel stupid not noticing it before...!

Lol yeah I wasn't entirely satisfied with her face either. I've tweaked it, so maybe it's better now!

This is beautiful! I like the coloring and background. The only thing I think is a bit "off" is her face - she looks a bit old.
