I love that you didn`t makes the eyeballs just white or grey ^^ and also: those circles make for an epic background! The also contrast the hair and they create this halo - one also looks spiky, like the thorns of a rose - I don`t know, I just like, how that connects the elements more. The mouth looks very sexy and is really well drawn. You also have an interesting colour palette: The hair, skin and tatto are mostly in warm reddisch tones, the halo a strong yellow against the dark backgrond and the light blue eyes sticking out as the only cool colour.
I would have found it interesting, if the character faced the viewer, because everything about this feels frontal and confronting. They have this reddish hair and a very self-confident expression, sharp/strong eyebrows and a very spiky sillhoutte - it would seem more natural for them to look us directly in the eye. Cocky, daring, making the viewer curious and catching their attention - thst would also put more emphasis on the eyes. But anyway, just a suggestion. ^^
