If you like my photography, please considering purchasing a print Photography is how I make my living and there is no greater honor than having someone hang my art on their walls. Prints come in all shapes and sizes along with all paper finishes including canvas. If you decide to purchase any of my work, I would love to see it! Feel free to send me a snapshot of it hanging and I will feature it on my facebook page. About the photograph- Photographed yesterday morning in rural Gilpin County, Colorado at sunrise. There was so much happening as I was photographing this, the sky, the fall Aspen, the reflection in the pond, trying to fit it all in one exposure was daunting. In the decided to frame up the Pine trees, it just seemed like it was standing there, raising its hand saying "me, choose me!" The colors this year have been really odd, some areas are completely gone and went from green to dead brown while others are just exploding. They say it's all due to the heavy amount of rain we've had. It's taken a little ingenuity at times but so far Fall has been rewarding for this photographer!

Because We Live On this day in history, October 24, 1945, the United Nations was born. Its purpose, to prevent the outbreak of another world war, or the evils that arose from the last one, should never be forgotten. It is easy, with so many problems in the world today, to get swept up in pessimism that things will only grow worse and worse until the end comes. We must remember that strong faith in God and His help in many small ways, along with our greater commitment to work together for the common good, helped us overcome the enemies of humanity in the last world war. How much we still have to appreciate, if we will turn our eyes toward hopeful things, and enjoy and celebrate the divinely-granted gifts of nature and of human creativity, with senseless acts of kindness and random acts of beauty! Very nice. I think it would show even better with a mat and maybe the hint of a frame. After-all, you'd do that if you were to hang it on a wall wouldn't you? Just a suggestion. I realize it's personal preference. You get some wonderful photos.

Thanks, I no longer frame my photos for the internet however as I have found that it often time can take away from the image itself. When I hang my work it's on canvases these days so no frames
