OH BOI I'M PROUD OF THIS ONE, especially since this is my first time drawing a snow storm!
I'm really proud that this came out so well oh mai. xDDD

Anyways, more Noir stuff to explain oh boi: ovo''

This is Rouge when she was only a child, maybe about 6 or 7 years old in this picture. She didn't have much money growing up since her Dad was a pretty big alcoholic and took a lot of the money he earned to buy more of his addiction, so Rouge sort of had to fend for herself a lot of the time during her childhood and that includes getting some income for herself. During this time Rouge had recently taken up singing, a hobby that would eventually become her job and get her famous in her later years. Her Dad almost immediately took this as an opportunity to gain some more income and with that Rouge was regularly on the streets performing her little tunes and getting pretty well known around in her little old town that's close to the richer city (hence the background btw XDD). Rouge's Dad was pretty punishing and strict so a lot of the time he didn't care what the weather was outside as you can tell by the drawing. xDDD

I don't have as much to say about this one, just enjoy Rouge's suffering I guess. ovo'''''''
