I like your art style, and like you I love her hair. The colour, the way you drew it with visible strands and the shading and lighting. Plus I have a thing for red heads >D.
I also like what you did for her outfit. So many artists have great looking girls but they don't spend much time on what they're wearing(If they're wearing anything at all) It's simple but you can actually see a girl in real life wearing it. Not that there's anything wrong with being creative in that regard, but you've done it tastefully and that adds a great deal to the beauty of your character. The more I look at this picture, the more I like. it. If you still need a name for her, she looks like she would have a more exotic name, nothing common. To sum up everything, this is a beautiful picture and you've done excellently.
