This is my sister's Christmas present, she has been badgering me about drawing her some Tangled fanart. SO, I caved. I based the dress' design off of this picture: [link] and I threw a bit of my own pinup twist on her too. I'm just glad it's finally finished, haha. So, I hope she likes it, and I hope you guys do too! No stealing now.Since I based this upon Disney's version of Rapunzel I'm going to say Rapunzel (c) Disney
