I must say, this is an amazing piece. (I love Mr. Cryaotic and I loved Frozen) I do like the lighting in general, but there are few errors with it. Okay... The middle and pointer/index finger.... Most of the lighting should go there, the fact that they are right under the snowflake. And the snowflake is giving the light, right? So, I have to say the vision is okay. BUT WAIT! There's something else with the lighting. His other arm. Near the back, of his right arm, there is some lighting back there, but no lighting on the hood, which is also facing the back. So, is there a small source of light, only visible to the arm? (By the way, you made Mr. Cryaotic's hair look too much like Pheonix Wright.)

Technique!!! Okay, so you have an amazing anime style! (Poor me, I suck at anime.) And you're really good at lighting (except for the few flaws I pointed out earlier.) And that snowflake... Oh mmy god that snowflake! It's really gorgeous! I couldn't draw one if I tried....

So Nice work.. You have colors, body movement, which is perfect.
And Actually you have nice combination of mask and smile.
The only mistake in my opinion is your frozen light(Flake).
You have on your character body to much reflection for this flake.
I cant see the light coming from the Flake, but you have hugh reflection from it.
You character has nice anatomy and a strong position which is very important.

Honestly, this is a brilliant work that I find to be one of the most captivating I've ever had the chance to see. It shows only the faintest hint of a smile that hold an endearing bit of mischief that is all, in itself, a part of Cry we have come to know so well.
It's brilliant, as stated previously, even in the way the snowflake he holds is glowing onto the reflection of his pale skin and shining on his ghostly-white mask. It's beautiful, truly, in every way, sense, and form.
