Wow, excellent job here. I see a lot of Sasuke X Sakura fan art on DA, but not many of them emit emotion through the screen like this one. You can feel Sakura's pain as well as Sasuke's here. A few things I really like are the metal on Sakura's headband, how the droplets bounce off the umbrella, and the varying colors in the background.
The picture itself, composition wise, seems to be a common one. I see this type of pose in many of their fan arts, but how you incorporated your own technique of coloring into this made it stand out from others. It's a beautiful piece!
A few things that I believe could use some improvement are the clothes, hair, and umbrella.
You have a great base for the clothes, and trust me, it looks nice, but I think you can take it a step further and really make this image pop out by using more dark values and highlights in the clothing. Same goes for the hair and umbrella. I think if you did this more on the hair, it would appear even more realistic and you could see the flow of their hair better. I think "see through" umbrella's are truly more transparent than this one (sometimes). If you could add more transparency by possibly varying the opacity more while coloring, it would seem more "see through". I hope I make sense!
Sakura's arm seems a bit skinny compared to the rest of the body. Remember, she's a tough girl, so she's got a little bit of muscle!
Overall, great job. This picture displays so much emotion and it was awesome that you had them in the rain to heighten the intensity of their emotions. Can't wait to see more of your work and I hope this was helpful as it's my first critique! ^_^

It's ok, I read all 4 books and watched both films ^^
I use both Sai and Photoshop. Lining and some touch up in Sai, most coloring and effects were done in PTS 3
