Time to redesign more mutants.BEBOP AND ROCKSTEADY
Bebop as a mutant wrestler, Bebop as his money-loving pimp-like manager, both mutated and taking underground fighting to the next level.
Oh, and this is how a wrestling enemy should be able to be a threat to a turtle, being a mutant based on a physically strong animal, not being a mere puny human (I'm looking at you unmemorable hunter guy from 'a foot too big')

I just really like tigers. I wanted to make him different though...Battle axes seemed nice. One fire axe and one lightning axe. Mh, a tiger character using fire and lightning, where have I seen that before?
