She's on a mission to spread infectious smiles.It was fun painting this.
^__^VI kind of wish my elementary and middle school made us wear cute sailor uniforms.
This is going to be a print for NY Anime Festival. (Yes, I'm going to selling at the Artist Alley this year!! totally excited about it)

Wonderful work on this. You truely are a skilled artist. You did an excelent job on her facial expression and really creating a joyful emotion. I actually feel her happiness because her smile looks so genuine. The colors are really neat too and I like how her hair flows.
I can't give any real suggestions because I don't see anything wrong. However, it might be fun to try and add a little more detail into her eyes (which are already detailed) to give them more sparkle and shine.
