This got to be one of those rare pics I'm actually proud of :'DDThough, there ARE some mistakes here and there orz
Didn't want to lineart it, cause I was scared I'd screw up like I always did DDD:

Very beautiful work. I love how the main piece has soft colours, but then there are vibrant colours in the details around it. Very great technique and it flows well. Some of the shapes would have looked better if it wasn't rainbow though. The face of the angle is beautiful and I love her hair and dress. The wings may have looked better closer to her though. It also would have looked better if you had a bigger sheet of paper so the wings and branches wouldn't have been chopped off. It was a great idea to have the shapes on top hanging from strings too! Over all, beautiful piece!

This is lovely~ It has such a CLAMP-vibe to it, but in a way that's all your own. I love wings OTL <3 and so many details in the background! I never do backgrounds =u=;;

I really love the composition of this piece, Maria-kun!
The fluidity in her hair, the details in the background, the wings... everything is all VERY well executed! Keeping the colors soft worked incredibly well with the lack of lineart, it makes this piece so much more appealing.
You SHOULD be proud of this one, it's very well done. If anyone tells you otherwise, it's because they're jealous.

for the critque i'd say:
-darken the shadows
-and the compositions slightly off (wings falling off page).
haha. if that weren't anime, my Design teacher would be really proud of you. we're working on a "metamorphoses" at the moment so your picture works perfectly for it. XD
but she'd also make you darken the the shadows.

uhuh, I DID darken the shadows, but when I changed the contrasts and brightness in photoshop, it kinda killed the colors orz
