After all this time of waiting, I have finally seen Brave and I loved it! The cast is great, the soundtrack is gorgeous, the animation is fantastic and the characters are just brilliant, especially Merida and her family. Merida's a fantastic character, Elinor and Fergus are just as awesome and I could watch those triplets forever and never tire of them! They were hilarious!Merida is probably the strongest female character in Disney since Belle and I love that unlike most badass females in films nowadays where their badassery overshadows their character, Merida is strong-willed and knows how to wield a weapon or two, but she's also very human; she loves her family, she has a good sense of humour, but she's also very flawed and makes mistakes. Hell, the whole movie is set around her own mistake!
Naturally, I had to tribute to her.

Seriously, your artist comments was just as awesome as your art! That's EXACTLY what I've been trying to tell people who weren't quite sure whether they should see the movie or not.
And as for the amazing artwork, Merida is wonderful, and I love how her hair is drawn and and her expression hands down. What I love most, though, is the details of the wisps and the seal. Overall, I just love the whole thing!

I wouldn't say the bear is fail. Its recognizably a bear as oppose to a wolf or another large predator. Beautiful work on Merida, I haven't seen Brave yet, but the more I see about it the more I want to (and its not like I didn't want to see it to begin with). Beautiful job!

Knowing that Brave is about a mother/daughter relationship and since I saw it with my mum and my sister, I'd definitely recommend watching it with family.
