To be fair it's never explained, her dad has blue eyes too so it's just a 'family' thing. There's a character with purple eyes and one with red eyes, anime logic m8.
If anything, she lives in part of town with lots of Western style houses, and it is stated that 'many foreigners used to live here but they left Japan many generations ago', could be her family has some mixed genes.

Love the anatomy and sexiness... but there's something with the face. Like the eyes are just a bit overdetailed or there's too much depth in comparative to the rest. Good piece, just the face bothers me.

Curious: could it actually be the big shine in the hair making it appear more sketchy? I didn't notice anything off with her face, but after seeing the comment I got curious about whether I would see it with a closer look, and the closer look tells me, it might be the hair rather than the eyes. I could be completely wrong, it's not like I can draw anything or know a thing about drawiing. I just got curious if there could be a chance of it being that or am I getting nonsensical ideas?
