well this was fun to color!
it started out as Katara, but it doesnt really look like her..so yea!
Just about finished the lineart for the First place prize for *Whiterosepetals91
for some reason it takes me fooorever to do lineart!!
oo and on another note, i finally got a VGA cable and am now able to split the screen of my computer onto my TV!! its sooo fun to play around with!!

i would love to know your technique and program you use to do these..
- my only critique is that for the proportion of the body the thighs seem a lil thick by comparision to the body..
though lol as is i could see this as a
reallllyyy ticked off post child - katara about to kick some tail..

a lot of times i switch from using painter and go to photoshop. i mostly use photoshop tho. if i want to use both, i use photoshop for the lineart and then switch it over to Corel painter for coloring it. Course some times before the lineart, i sketch it out in Corel as well.
As for technique..oo um..i dont know if i have one. its more like...dont mess up, dont mess up, dangit! undo key

lol can you maybe reveal like the settings for the color or do you use a tablet ,

actually you hit the right spot. i used a watercolor brush for this! so it blended quite well. and yosh, i definitly use a tablet!

actually..it does look like Katara- but u shouldve made her sleaves a little shorter and with her like moving a water whip between her two arms/ hands the sleaves kinda look goofy, no offense of course...i do the same thing sometime

umm idk but maybe to think of water not as water but as a gel , semi mailable goo take a circle and deform it..
adjust as needed ...:::shrugs:: is the only thing i can think of...
as a tip for drawing it
