The Rainmeter skin is already installed, right click the Rainmeter tray icon and go to Skins > Plastic to use it.

You would need to edit the VS to change that, Explorer is suppose to have a white background like in the shot.

TV icon is Explorer is Temmie , icon in navigation pane is Paper .
Yup! In Classic Shell Start Menu Settings go to Start Menu Style and set the image to a blank png like this one .
Then press Advanced button settings > Custom button size
You could do 1 for it to not show at all, or around 20 for it to just be a blank spot, then either switch tabs or hit OK for it to apply. n.n

i have test it...all is working just fine..looks fine...only one thing i will change..is right click taskbar...to more dark colore...but ok...thats ur taste..and i respect it....i will give 8/10 for looks....and 9/10 for design...
