your animations are really well done, but you really need to bump up your anatomy and drawing skills. Your style is okay for animation, but as a stand alone illustration you need to put in more details and effort. It'd really showcase that you're capable of standing alone without your flash movies.

thank you, I still dont know.. I mean, I dont want to draw a figure exactly like a real one,, if I wanted to do that, then I would've developed a style more based on realism than toonish

Well, look at Walt Disney. They have a very toonish styles, but they're very pleasing to look at. The biggest example is your hands. They aren't very well defined, and really make it look amateurish.
You need to understand realism so you can make your toonish look even better.

Also, be very careful with your lineart and colouring. Right now it's a bit sloppy, and if you clean it up (by say, drawing it in Photoshop instead of flash) it'll look 10x better immediately.

naw naw, I have to disagree with that,. "sloppy lines" were done on purpose, thats how Ive always drawn, I dont like straight lines,. too "perfectish" to my taste

Nice. The girl has them both. From the angle you have her, I'd say she jumped in a slight spin...
