Love the texture! Having your model facing the camera slightly would improve the image for me. If you'rem interested in the shapes and lines formed by the fingers/cigarette/lips, try a close-up image that takes in all of the lips, with just part of the other two elements. I think it would make a great image. I love what you're doing atm, though.
