EDIT- I cleaned up the drawings a bit since I have improved and wanted the comic to be slightly sharper and less hazy. I think this a very important piece in the sequence of events that eventually bring these two together. Colin doesn't have clear memories, but indeed, he does recognize her. Initially, he plans to use her obvious affection for him to exploit her, but in the end, changes his mind just like he did long long ago <3

I was going to put dialog in but alas, I still suck at word bubbles. (EDIT- :iconlynchenburg: added them for me )

But the good news is I actually drew something! I've been so swamped with SO much with moving and my friends that I've had no time at all to art!!

About this though, I have this head canon that Snively made that little Scouter thing to enhance his brain waves. It assists and records equations that run through his head and saves it via a wireless connection to his main computer. It makes phone calls, sends messages, and when activated, records what he sees, thinks, and dreams. He uses it because, as he is a man of high intelligence, knows he's been having unusual dreams. He DOES NOT dream about Mobians, he does not dream nice things (generally) and as a common occurrence suffers from ptsd after his years of abuse from his uncle. In his dreams he gets a nagging feeling when he wakes up that he's forgetting something important. So one night he wears the device to sleep, and thanks to its it's assistance he is able to see with relative clarity, a very familiar Mink that has been walking his dreams!

It sparks quite the obsession to figure it all out. This is his pre-genesis wave counterpart, and it leads to him discovering the legends of the white spirit, the resurgance of a past lives memories, and an odd companionship that takes place within the realm of dreams. He eventually swears he'll release her and has private ambitions to make her his queen when he overthrows mobius.
