Quick and late birthday gift for dear !
Sorry it's just a sketch (for now!)
To those who don't know, these are the characters from her recent picture book 256 Postcards ago , looking noticeably more animekawaiidesu in my style, haha~ also stars with smiley faces, I may be going too far
Anyway, now I have to go supervise a puppy and get ready for work, wooo!

i was really excited to see them in your style.. i really appreciate that you did this, i think it looks good as it is too! dont feel pressure to colour if you dont want to (but obv that would be very welcome as well!! hehe)
it looks like something awesome from an anime ;w; i also really adore digit in particular and the base of nicholas' shoes... theres so much nice little detail here and you are the damn best at poses!!!!!!

XD I'm glad you can tell Ludo is chibi-fied! Both Ludo and Ollie are chibi, but Ollie doesn't look very different in chibi form since he's just a cloud, haha~
I hope to get back to this and colour it, but I'm going to take part in the Symphonia countdown so it'll take a while.

The way you've chibi-fied Ludo looks very cute. ^_^ I'd imagine a cloud isn't the easiest thing to make a chibi version of thinking about it. XD

Mostly it's a bunch of cross stitch but if I manage to finish everything I have planned there'll also be a hat, a small, simple hand puppet and a cosplay too.
