I can't. O_O The reason why it looks like I had layers (did you click on the GIF?) was because I copypasted the lineart on top of the colors, something like that. And since the colors and the lineart are mixed I can't change it anymore. D:

Just erase some stuff from the arm, fix the arm and go over the lines you ruined while fixing the arm... duh. xD
